Twitter is not a good platform for new artists anymore, their algorithm doesn't even show followers posts from who they follow. It was taking a toll on my mental health to see the things I would poor my heart out into be completely ignored.

I'm not trying to be the most popular person ever, I started posting my art on social media in the first place so I could show all of anyone who was interested what I was working on. Yeah, I don't post hardly, that's because these last few years have been overly demanding. I have a tablet now though that I got as a Christmas gift so that might enable me to make more stuff.

Social media has caused me to subconsciously just make things for likes instead of stuff that I actually enjoy, so I'm working to break out of the habit. It's just going to take a little bit. You might start seeing a lot more of Ponies, SU and Care Bears. As well as OC stuff. It's what I like, I'm sorry. (Not)

Hopefully, eventually, as I work towards making better art and being a better person in general I'll get the interactions that I crave on my art like others do. I may just be trying too hard also. I don't mean to, but everyone wants someone to talk about their characters to.

Idk, I'm not a NSFW artist so due to the unfortunate circumstances of our hyper-sexualized society no one really cares if it's not a girl with a cow bikini and huge tits. So I don't even know why I bother.

I'm hardly ever home on my computer anyways so I forget about Newgrounds a lot, plus this platform doesn't really much care for sketches and the like. So if y'all want to stay up to date with what I'm doing it's best to just go on to my Twitter. Like if I sketch something at work I take a picture of it on my phone and can just upload it with the app and get back to work. That's mostly what happens.

Still climbing out of burnout and healing my psyche cuz that shit was rough.

Dealing with a bunch of IRL stuff but once I move to the rent house with Vader I might be able to start making stuff again. It would sure be nice.

The last four months living with my boyfriend's parents started out as a nice rest after working so much for so long, but it very quickly turned into a less-than-savory experience full of manipulation and lies. HIs parents shelter the fuck out of him and don't want him to be his own person making his own decisions.

Hopefully soon I can get back to doing what I love the most which is art and animation, there's lots of ideas I have including picking up where I left off. I have a different animation style I want to try. (I know, again, but it happens)

So if I survive, I'll be seeing y'all later I guess.

I have been picking at the third episode for almost a whole year now, it's been hard to work on because of all the other stuff going on in my life, but also because despite all of my passion for this cartoon I simply don't have the power alone to make it as awesome as I feel like it deserves.

I want to make a full fledged cartoon, I have another writer, VAs and an editor, but I don't feel like that's enough. I've been saying for a while now that I want original music and all, and I also feel like the look of it could be better now that I've changed art styles. What I'm doing now with my art is way better received but I really don't want to completely redo what I have done already.

So for now, I think I'm going to stop working on it and focus on smaller things so I can actually get some enjoyable content on my accounts. Hopefully someday in the future I can get some of the same support as all of the other wonderful IPs here on NG, I wish I was one of them... I wanna make something this site and it's community can be proud of.

So if someone sees this and wants to teach me how to get people together to make something like this, that would be great because I would really like to see this become a reality. I love my characters and what I have planned for them, I really feel like y'all would too.

Hey everyone watching at home, sorry to announce but I will be going on a hiatus, not sure for how long. I do still want to work on the show and animate but I'm actually moving from my hometown to go live with my boyfriend in a different state. All of the extra stuff I have to do has been taking up any extra free time and working overtime at my job makes me too burnt out to work on anything else when I finally am home. Still hope to finish and release the new episode this year but as for posting anything else I'm not sure due to being stretched so thin. I would Like to post more stuff on here including drawings but I just don't get the chance to do so anymore. Hopefully whatever new job I get amends this situation to some degree.

Hey everyone, Foxtail here. Still working on the show as always and still experiencing slowdown due to lots of overtime at my job but it's still coming along well.

Yeah usual slow down in production around this time bc of holiday reasons, but also because now I finally have some sort of social life. I've been in VRChat a lot with my new friends, oops... It's just nice finally having people to hang out with. On the bright side, I have new and better people helping out with production after a sudden staff change that happened in November for personal reasons.
